INFORMATION CLAUSE compliant with Art. 12 and 13 of the GDPR Regulation:
- The Controller of Personal Data is YAROTEX Anna Rosiak with its registered office in Łódź, ul.Ujście 11
- The legal basis for data processing is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR Regulation pursuant to recital 47 of the preamble to this Regulation – processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes and also Article 6 Paragraph 1 letter b – taking action before the conclusion of the contract
- The data provided shall not be shared with anyone
- The following may have access to personal data: employees of the Controller, IT service and accounting office under the authorization and confidentiality agreement in accordance with Art. 28 and 32 of the GDPR Regulation
- Personal data shall be stored until the request for their removal or until the YAROTEX company continues to operate
- The person providing their data has the right to access their personal data, to correct them and to request removal
- Providing personal data is necessary in order to maintain contact with the person applying to the Controller for information, offers, etc.
- The data is not subjected to the process of automated decision-making on processing, i.e. to the so-called Profiling
- Comments, objections and complaints should be addressed to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
