Single-knit and double-knit describe construction, not fibre composition. Compare both sides, edge behaviour, stretch, opacity and the sewn sample after washing. Single jersey is a common single-knit example; choose construction for the garment rather than assuming one is always better.
Sample and approval
Before production, we agree the design scale, repeat, colours and sample approval. Printing minimums, costs and lead times depend on the base, process and artwork. Start with a garment description or reference sample. We review the requirements, propose a suitable base and agree a colour approval method using Pantone or a physical reference. Production can use our yarn or customer-supplied yarn by agreement. The final specification and delivery conditions form part of the quotation.
